’Happy birthday to me - 35 and thriving 💥🥳’ Stepping into 35 with a heart full of gratitude for the incredible growth this year has brought. I’ve let go of old relationships, habits, patterns, and fears, making room to expand my heart with more softness, purity, and a deeper embrace of all emotions. I’m learning to love myself, others, and this beautiful life in ways I never imagined. This year has taken me on so many journeys—from a powerful 10 days Vipassana silence retreat to transformative tantra teacher training in Bali—and beyond. It’s been a wild ride, filled with shadows, battles with my ego, and moments of profound heart-opening that exceeded my expectations. Experiencing such states of being has shown me that our human potential is beyond what we often believe. The more I’ve learned, the more I’ve felt called to share these powerful tools. Everyone deserves to feel this depth of connection, vulnerability, and heart expansion. So many are caught in the “Matrix” (or “rat race,” as my dear friend calls it) simply because they don’t know another way. I know my purpose is to be a bridge between these worlds, sharing these transformative tools in a practical, grounded way. This year also brought the blessing of becoming an aunt to little Lewis Joy, thanks to my twin sister (happy birthday to her, too!) Witnessing this magic fills me with so much pride and gratitude. I’m proud of myself, deeply moved while reflecting on everything this past year has brought. It’s a humbling feeling to think of all I’ve done and experienced—“Wow” is the only word that comes close 😆 For the coming year, my wishes for myself are more peace, grounding, focus, and attracting a team to co-create with.
